Disclosures: All associates realtors/brokers are affiliated with the Raleigh Office starting March 1, 2012. The Durham office serves as a meeting place/point of realtors with buyers/sellers in the RTP Area - Durham/Chapel Hill, Hillsborough and its vicinities to explain the Agency Representation Agreement, etc. before viewing houses to buy or properties to sell.
From Hwy 1-40E going to 1-40W take the Fayetteville/Southpoint Mall exit.
You will take the Fayetteville Rd. exit that says going downtown. Be careful of the traffic; you have to bear left quick because you are going to exit to the first intersection and turn left. This is Hwy 54. You will see a small village shop on your right and left sides. Pass the Ruby Tuesday Restaurant on your right side and a couple of lights away, you will turn right at Southpark Dr. Take first right into the parking lot. 5003 is the first building on your left. We are on the first door and you will see our sign in the front green panel. Our office is on the second floor. Kindly call us if you have any dificulty. Thank you.

From the 1-540W Hwy, take the Six Forks Rd. South exit. Pass 3 stoplights. You will see the Forum and Mysis buildings on your right and the Colonade Offices on your left. You will also see one story office condos/townhouses on your left. When you pass these buildings, please slow down because you are approaching the office compound where the office at. You need to bear right and turn on Six Forks Office Park. These are 2 - story brick office condo buildings. Please drive straight to the end. You will see the sign CAROLINA MaxRealty in front of the building 8313. There is ample parking spaces in front and on the sides of the building.
If you are coming from the 1-440 Hwy (referred to as the beltline), take the Six Forks North exit and go all the way. You are on the right exit if you will see the North Hills mall on your left. Our office compound is about 5 miles away from the exit. You will pass Lynn Rd and Sawmill Rd. When you pass Sawmill Rd., please slow down a little bit, you will be about 1/2 of a mile from our office. Turn left on Six Forks Office Park and follow the directions above please.
