The services Darlette McCormick provides is certainly a rare find. My first meeting with her was to see a house
that she had listed and she was very accommodating to my needs and schedule.  I felt from the very beginning
that she was interested in understanding my specific needs and all the houses we saw had the possibility of
satisfying them.  Her professionalism and friendliness made working with Darlette such a pleasure.  Not long
after meeting her, she showed me a house that was absolutely perfect for me, location and house wise.  We
wrote the contract at the initial viewing and she had all the paperwork ready making the contract signing painless.
What I especially liked about Darlette is her availability.  She was always a phone call away and we kept in
constant communication via phone and email.  I can honestly say that the entire process was easy and even
